We have eliminated processes that consume large quantities of water. In fact, we have reduced our specific water consumption for each product by seven times in the space of ten years.
Our rinsing water is re-circulated through the installation, in order to lower the quantity needed by 70%.
We’ve taken great care to ensure our manufacturing processes minimise the environmental impact of our operations. Our primary monomer is produced enzymatically at room temperature under atmospheric pressure. This biological catalytic process makes us a soft chemistry pioneer.
